Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.

Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal care / cosmetic hygiene reasons

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
